Niseko Yumoto Onsen "Oyunuma" sulfur spring This hot spring has been used since ancient times for "hot spring therapy" to treat illnesses and improve physical condition. At an altitude of about 600 m, it is located in the quiet mountainside of "Oku-Niseko" in Rankoshi-cho, away from HIRAFU. It is located within a national park, and Mt. Chisenuri can be seen right in front of you. Mountain climbing and hiking in the green season In winter, it is a hidden gem for those who enjoy backcountry skiing and snowboarding. We built and designed it ourselves based on the idea of "I want to stay at a hot spring inn like this." We hope you can experience the calm and comfort of a unique Japanese-style home. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets nearby. You will need a car to get around. *We do not provide a pick-up or drop-off service. The right side of the building is for guests only, and the left side is the host's home office. The interior is designed to be independent and private, with soundproof walls.

Cota Niseko Sauna - One-Unit Rental with Sauna, Fire Pit, and BBQ

This is an entire house with a private sauna. It is located in a natural setting with views of Mt. Annupri and Mt. Yotei. It faces National Route 5. Newly built in 2023 by Kasashima Kouzusha. The building is made of Hokkaido wood with high thermal insulation, so it is warm even in winter. A laundry room was added in 2024. Washer and dryer are available. In summer, you can enjoy the water bath, BBQ, and campfire. (Please bring your own food. There is a charge for firewood.) A gas barbecue grill is available. For campfires, a secondary combustion fire pit can be used. One pail of firewood is provided free of charge. Starting in November 2024, an accommodation tax will be levied. The accommodation tax is included in the price of your stay.

Snow Shack Niseko + 4WD Van

[Announcement] We will resume our car rental service, which has been temporarily suspended, from January 8, 2024. Please let me know in advance if you'd like to use a 4WD van. We'll message you with details like pricing. Snow Shack is a private hut surrounded by small rivers and forests. You can enjoy skiing in the winter, and SUP, skateboarding, BBQ, etc. in the summer. Access to the ski slopes is 15 minutes drive to NISEKO or MOIWA, 40 minutes to RUSUTSU RESROT, and 60 minutes to KIRORO RESROT. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy local spots such as cafes, bakeries, soba shops, and water drawing area of Mt. Yotei geysers using your own car. I live in the neighboring home and cafe, so I can help you right away if you need anything. The cafe is currently closed. Please contact us in advance if you'd like bagels (SEED BAGEL & COFFEE COMPANY) for breakfast.

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.
