This cabin is one of the best we have stayed. plenty of room to move about, clean running water, just the right amenities needed. The views outside the cabin was beautiful every direction. Loved the little extras this cabin offered. This cabin would be great any season as it is set up for your comfort. When the sun goes down, the porch lights come on giving such warm invitation to stay out a little longer. We enjoyed hiking close by forests too and stopped at a local ice cream shop. Loved our stay and would do it again!

We loved our getaway at this sweet cabin. it was the most kid friendly air BNB we have ever stayed at: the perfect blend of serenity and flexibility, toys and games and plastic cups, clear expectations about what is available and what is off limits, lovely decorations and not over the top or breakable, space for kiddos and for grownups. not super sound proof but nothing a white noise machine can't solve. and the best part was the opportunity to explore the woods and trails and the creek! for hours of screen free entertainment. highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this adorable cabin. When we first arrived, the electricity flickered off and on; in the morning we had no water. I started texting Jodi the night before and in the morning. She was quick to secure an electrician who had everything running by late afternoon. All was handled quickly and efficiently. We also met Jodi’s, her husband and brother-in-law. We feel like good friends

Our stay at the cottage felt like a true retreat from the city. It honestly was more than we expected. The peaceful surroundings were like no other property we’ve stayed in. The home itself is beautifully built, thoughtfully decorated with all the needed modern amenities and spotless. The hosts were also welcoming and kind. We do hope to return!

100% recommend staying here. I am blown away. First the view is breathtaking, there are so many different spots in the cabin, where you can see the trees , the river and the beautiful pond in the backyard. The cabin itself is gorgeous. The decor, the furniture, the linen, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful . The hot tub was perfect . The beds were very comfortable, so were the couches to lounge on. Everything you could think of in the kitchen ,the linens were soft and cozy. They also provided items that you might have forgotten, like cotton spots, and dental floss. I just cannot get over how beautiful the setting was, if you are debating, staying here I would definitely recommend it. The host is very responsive and quick to reply with any questions or concerns you might ask . And even provided a link for fun things to do around the cabin if you choose to leave which to be honest, I found it very hard to. Will definitely be back.

I’m so grateful to have found this place for a last-minute overnight! Jill and Rob were warm and friendly, my teens enjoyed stretching their legs after a long car ride by romping with the dogs in the yard, and even in the midst of the serene countryside the WiFi was strong for my work meeting. The Packer-themed donkey and goats were just as happy to see us at 6 am as they were the night before at 6 pm, maybe because they remembered that we saved half of the bag of carrots we brought along just for them ;) While we were fans of the farnimals, they have defined spaces and very conscientious owners. You could certainly enjoy a stay here and choose not to have contact with them at all if that is your preference. The only wildlife encounter you won’t be able to avoid while spending time outside is the serenade of birdsongs, which was a great way to start my day from the swing on the patio with a mug of hot coffee in hand.

I loved my two week stay at the farm! I came looking for a peaceful getaway from the city and to get a taste of life out in the Wisconsin countryside, and was definitely not disappointed. The farm is way up in the hills surrounded by nothing but land, and always an enjoyed the 10-15 minute drive down into town for supplies. I worked remotely while there, my first time using Starlink internet, and was very impressed with the speed. The place is very homey and cozy, with great amenities, comfortable bed, and warm heat. It was fun being able to watch the cows from the window, too :) Kayla had great suggestions for the area which was appreciated. I was wishing I could stay longer, and also wish I had taken the opportunity to purchase and grill the fresh beef options available! I definitely do hope to return one day.

We had a fantastic stay at Silas and Rebekah’s place! We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this was the most welcoming experience yet. From the goodies they provided us in the fridge upon arrival to the Valentine’s Day cookie delivery they couldn’t have been sweeter! Our young children had a great time helping with chores and enjoying the beautiful landscapes! 10/10 we definitely recommend this to other families!
