The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Bob's Cottage Mansfield

Bob's cottage is a unique, private, self-contained high-country accommodation, located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1930s for Delatite’s first full-time gardener and has recently been renovated. Nestled into the side of a hill, above the Delatite river. The farm cottage has glorious views across pastoral river flats with the ever-changing colours of the mountains as a backdrop. Perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway.

Beautiful Bungalow with a view

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Two b/rm private cottage set up for guests. It’s tasteful, homely and comfortable with a deck, cosy wood heater and air-con. The property is peaceful and bird life abounds.
