An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

Little Halloon Cottage is based in Mid Cornwall and is easily accessible just off the A30 at Indian Queens. 7.5 miles to Newquay, a ten minute drive to the famous Fistral beach. 15 miles to Truro, 12.2 miles to Padstow, 14 miles to Lanhydrock National Trust property,25 minute drive to the Eden project.
