Spacious garden building. Not too far from the harbour. Parking was fine. Teaspoon and a bit of crockery would be a good addition bit generally we were happy with our stay

Fantastic communication from Maxine throughout my visit and a really lovely apartment that looked just like the photos! I had much needed recharge time in st ives in the middle of an extended trip ad the apartment was just perfect! 5 stars!

An extremely enjoyable weeks holiday helped massively by extremely good weather. The property's location was ideal for our purpose as we were able to walk to the town and avoid using the car. On arrival we received a friendly welcome from Vanessa which extended to practical help as the car was slightly too long for the parking space available. Vanessa immediately made alternative parking arrangements just a few minutes walk away which we were able to use throughout the holiday. We would certainly have extended our stay if we were in a position to do so.

Lovely modern, clean studio in a great location just 15 minute walk to the town. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to return one day.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely amazing. The view is every bit as good as the pictures. We were there in June and the sun didn’t set until 9.30pm, drinks on the patio were a nightly thing while we watched the tide come in as the sun went down. The apartment is pretty much at the top of a reasonably steep hill, but even with my knee problems I managed to go up 2 or 3 times a day. As you walk up the hill past the Seiners Arms (great pub, good food with beautiful patio). you can see Perranporth Beach in its entirety. Absolutely stunning. The town has everything you need like a Co-Op, Launderette, pubs, restaurant, beach / surf wear shops. Things do shut down earlier than we expected (around 9pm) but it was June so not peak season yet. The apartment is spacious, you come in through the back door into a large kitchen with all the appliances etc that you’d need. 2 bedrooms, a large lounge with TV. I thoroughly recommend this place. Hannah was an exceptional host too.

Would like to give more than 5⭐️ We had the most amazing time at Huers Rock . Val & Peter really are the best hosts , so welcoming & kind . The accommodation is fantastic, very well equipped & spotlessly clean . The views from every window are spectacular & the ever changing sunsets are stunning . We hope to return soon .

We spent three unforgettable nights at the Carbis Bay apartment in Cornwall, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking sea views visible from several rooms—a true coastal paradise. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. We particularly loved the spacious bathrooms—one of them even featured a luxurious jacuzzi, which made our mornings and evenings feel exceptionally indulgent. The kitchen was a standout: large, well-equipped, and perfect for preparing meals or simply enjoying coffee while gazing at the sea. It made the space feel like a home away from home. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the serene decor to the superb furnishings.

Excellent stay. Roomy, airy, relaxed accommodation. In a great position for Newlyn Art Gallery, Jubilee Pool and Mousehole....all within walking distance.

Absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. It’s really comfortable, incredible views, and the location is perfect. It has everything you need. Only thing to note is that the bus stops regularly opposite the flat, and the second level of the double decker bus looks directly into the flat so you’ll occasionally lock eyes with someone on the bus if you’re in the living room. Didn’t really bother us though

A wonderful stay. Fantastic location. Very comfortable apartment and super comfy bed. Great to have the balcony with superb views of St Ives. Very close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. Overall very happy and I would definitely book again!! Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cornwall has always been a special place for me and my partner, and since staying at Black Moon it has become our new favourite place yet! Little did my partner know, but we just got engaged here and it was the perfect place to propose and will always been an amazing memory. From the minute we booked, to the time we checked out, we couldn’t have asked for a better host and place to stay. What you see is what you get, so if you’re considering staying here… BOOK IT!

This place is just amazing. The flat itself is lovely, it has absolutely everything you might need, every detail has been thought through. And the view - even better than in the pictures! Julie and Chris are very friendly and responsive, the communication throughout was impeccable. Wish we could've stayed more, but would definitely come back!

This was our first time in Penzance and we were not disappointed. We were delighted to stay at the Ocean Blue Penthouse. The apartment was in a good location and we easily parked in the car park opposite. We enjoyed watching the activity in the harbour including the Scillion III daily trips to the Isles of Scilly. The location was perfect for trips out to lovely places including Newlyn for daily fresh fish and restaurants, Mousehole, Lands End and Minack theatre. The apartment was light and airy, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a great week. Thank you, we will be back.

This was the most amazing location I have ever stayed in Cornwall. Stunning sea and sunset views, easy access, cozy and beautifully decorated home with the most incredible details. We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Beautiful views and conveniently located to visit many of the stunning surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and son really enjoyed their stay they said the accommodation was beautiful and you were a fantastic host, the rooms were clean and the hot tub was lovely. Will definitely book this accommodation again.

Lovely place with beautiful little beach/ cove within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. Needed a place to visit child at university and this fitted and exceeded the bill.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and location. Furniture and decoration wonderful. All instructions and recommendations were brilliant. Great base for travelling around Cornwall and going back to in the evenings. Stunning view and wonderfully clean public areas. The balcony was quite dirty ( not just the fault of the seagulls) and the outdoor furniture tired. Overall we loved it and were sad to leave today. We didn’t need to contact the host at all.
