Chalet tout confort au bord d'étangs de pêche, barque . La pêche est autorisée (no kill). Poissons présents dans les étangs, carpes (commune, miroir, koï, amour blanc), gardons, perches, tanches, black bass, brochets. Un règlement de pêche vous est adressé et doit être lu et approuvé. La propriété de 11 hectares est très calme, uniquement 2 chalets et un mobile-home sur la propriété, pas de promiscuité. Vous pourrez éventuellement être dérangé par un chevreuil ou un écureuil...de passage.
