Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Flott, liten leilighet (30kvm) for venner, par eller en liten familie med opp til to små barn! Huset er sentralt rett utenfor Kristiansand sentrum. Du leier en egen leilighet som befinner seg i underetasjen av huset vårt. Huset ligger i et koselig nabolag med gangavstand til sjøen og nydelig natur. Det finnes 1 soverom med en liten dobbeltseng (140cm) + en liten sovesofa i stua 8 min kjøretur til Kristiansand sentrum, gangavstand til flere strender, og 20 min med bil til dyreparken!

Welcome to our newly upgraded cabin in Søgne, perfect for calm and adventure! Surrounded by nature, the cabin offers easy access to both saltwater and freshwater activities. Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.
