Beautiful new and luxurious apartment, within 30 minutes of all beautiful hikes and adventurous experiences. Janja is a friendly and warm host who is there for you when needed and is genuinely interested. We stayed 3 days and 4 nights in the apartment and would go back again if we had to be in the area.

Our apartment at the tourist farm was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It was well provisioned with everything that we needed and we enjoyed all of our time there; in fact, we stayed an extra day. In particular, Martina and Igor were gracious and accommodating hosts that took the time to tell us about the area as well as themselves. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely gorgeous house with beautiful surroundings! The house is very clean, beautifully designed, and tastefully decorated. The indoor swing was our favorite! It's a 20 minute drive to Ljubljana which is very convenient though other forms of transportation are also available. I highly recommend Luka's place.

Beautiful house in Carinthia, in close proximity to activities/attractions such as Uršlja gora, ski resort Kope, Peca and AlpakaLanda. You found everything and more in the accommodation for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful interior, and a corner to relax, an ideal end to a day in the hills. The host helped us with guidance, was flexible and responsive. 10/10 if we had time we would have stayed even longer

As couple we came here for my birthday, we wanted a place for rest, disconnect and relax, and this house had everything we wanted. I really recommend this place for everyone who wants to feel cuddled.

The garden cottage was fantastic and we enjoyed our BBQ dinner there. I love the sound of running and the cool breeze that cools the hot summer days. You have a GEM there. Everything we needed was there. The only thing my wife missed was a toaster... :) The sun-room is a super addition to the house. Can only imagine spending time there in winter with the fireplace active. So, to anyone else wishing to spend time here.... you would love it. Go ahead, make your booking. A dream stay! Everything was great! The owner Anja is incredibly warm and nice, the communication worked smoothly. The accommodation is cozy and compact, offering an exceptionally high level of relaxation with a sauna and jacuzzi. The location is a real highlight: at the top of the mountain, almost in the middle of the forest - absolute peace and pure relaxation. However, it should be noted that the way there leads over many serpentines, which makes the journey a bit more demanding. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and charming house in the mountains. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. Hiking trails start right from the house, the restaurants in the surrounding villages are great and soaking in the hot tub while stargazing was a lovely experience. Barbara and her family are such kind and forthcoming hosts. Everything is super clean and exactly as in the description and fotos. We warmly recommend a stay here and would be happy to come back! We booked the place with 2 dogs and our little daughter. The house is really very nice and surrounded by the most beautiful nature. However, you absolutely need a car. Directly in front of the house flows a stream, which can also get louder due to rainfall. But that didn't bother us at all. In case of problems, we got back to you very quickly and everything was taken care of. Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful location with stunning views. The cottage was exceptionally well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and of remarkable quality—truly a level of perfection we haven’t seen before. Clear instructions and design made everything easy to use. Our family had a fantastic time here. Highly recommend!

We were warmly welcomed by David and his daughter upon arrival. The house is really beautiful: very large plot with fruit trees, pond and against the edge of the forest. From the garden and balcony you have beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Fantastic sunset! Behind the house is a large barbecue and table where we ate deliciously and enjoyed the evenings. In between, you can do all kinds of games: table tennis, darts and foosball. After dinner it is wonderful to have a drink on the balcony and enjoy the starry sky. The house is fully furnished and equipped with (off)detergents and other necessities. In the town (5 minutes by car) there are many restaurants and terraces. Many trips made: the lake of Bled, the Vintgar gorge, Postonja caves and swimming on hot days in the lakes at Velenje. You can also walk beautifully in the surrounding area. Dog is virtually no problem anywhere. We'd love to come back again
