Having sis Phume as a host upon my 2nd return for the same purpose stood out for me it felt home. She’s more like family now such a great host her persona is out of this world. This is the most thoughtful host I have ever experienced. Do not go grocery shopping without checking in first… so many items were provided. I loved how close it is to a mall but is a full on farm barn experience. I am still intrigued by the place…

Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

Home is lovely and beautiful. The estate has many pools and restaurants and lots of areas for children to play and swim. Grant was a great host and would highly recommend Grant and this property! We can’t wait to come again .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at La Mer No4. The unit is clean,spacious and so stunning with all the modern finishes and homely touches. Thandi was so warm and welcoming and kept the place so neat and tidy. I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.
