It borders Lake Malone state park. It’s walking distance from the hiking trails, pavilions and other park attractions. It’s a very short drive or kayak ride to the beach and boat ramp.

Bonfire pit avail. No boat dock as lake fluctuates, but can launch boats at nearby marina. 2 driveways for 4 car parking.

Just a short hike down to the boat dock and you will see the white bluff to your left which the cabin sets on. We are 20-30 minutes from groceries, so please plan accordingly. The Shady Cliff Resort has seasonal hours of operation available via their local website

Sacramento is a Civil War town and is where General Nathan Bedford Forrest led his troops in Battle for the fist time.

Cozy and quiet, you'll feel right at home here. Great for parents night out or family time at the lake, Lake Malone is beautiful and secluded but within a short driving distance (1.5 hours) to Nashville, TN, so easily doable for one night or a weekend or a longer relaxing stay.
