Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

A restored ex. hey-barn has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.Access to the entrance is by a open "piazza" that also is the access to one of our other apartments. By a small staircase is the dedicated outdoorspace, table and chairs. The shared pool is open approx. beginning June to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest.
