House holiday rentals in Mullins Bay

Another great stay at Royal Westmoreland for our family. Location is excellent for all shops/beaches/restaurants etc. Communication with Realtors was spot on, the car hire/transfers/pre arrival food shop was especially helpful. Sugar Cane 12 is beautifully presented and a special mention to Lana for keeping it looking immaculate during our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and is only a short drive away from lovely local beaches (l’d say a car is a must). Comfy beds, everything working, responsive hosts, peaceful ambiance. It was just perfect for us and we definitely consider returning.

10000/10, I don’t think enough words can even describe how Hazel and Tim made my sisters and I feel during our stay. From the welcome basket to the daily check ins to the cater birthday dinner, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional and we appreciated that very much. The location of the house made it easy for us to navigate around the island without too much worries, prime location to several beaches, activities, and restaurants.

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

Stunning apartment with loads of space, on the West Coast of Barbados with good bus links, although had a car. Pictures match the description with host being very communicative. It’s important to add that the house is powered by solar energy, which meant that we had no hot water on some of our days due to the weather conditions. Apart from that, and some unfriendly neighbours couldn’t ask for a better stay and would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This place exceeded my expectations. Such a beautiful lovely and cozy home. Very peaceful and quiet. This place was also in a perfect location. Communication was on point. The house keeping was an added plus. Restaurant and beach minutes away. When I come back to Barbados I will be booking this place again. Thanks again for everything.

_The villa is conveniently situated in the northern part of the island, featuring 24-hour security, shuttle ride or free parking by the beach, free towels and chairs, big community pool and other amenities. Our group of eight, including four children, had an excellent time despite challenging weather conditions. The management team was proactive, placing sandbags and providing extra flashlights to cope with Hurricane Beryl. They were always just a text or call away, assisting with pool timer adjustments, sending technicians for minor repairs, and rearranging cleaning schedules due to the hurricane. Moreover, we had no issues with the internet, kitchen appliances & utensils, towels, or insects which we have faced with other rentals in the past. Finally one area for improvement is mosquito control; while they provided measures for protection, the mosquitoes were many and persistent. I am so glad that we chose to stay here! Everything pictured online is exactly what you see in person. The home was very welcoming, comfortable, and was in a peaceful location. The pool was great! The host Lorraine was available to answer all my questions and concerns at all times and Jan the property manager was a pleasure to deal with and available as well when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be going back to Barbados in the future and would for sure book with Lorraine again. Thank you so much!

33 Westmoreland was excellent – just as described. It was a picturesque, spacious, and comfortable space, with plenty of room throughout and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends. Carla was a fantastic host – warm, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues within 15 minutes. She checked in to ensure we were comfortable and was always available if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

We love staying at Fabio's place and are returning guests. This beautiful apartment is well-equipped and maintained. We appreciate the fully functional kitchen enabling us to easily prepare meals. We look forward to returning!

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. Our week at Beverley’s home was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at peace. The space is a true gem—immaculately kept, filled with warmth, and perfectly set up for comfort and ease. Every detail reflected Beverley’s thoughtful touch, from the cozy layout to the inviting outdoor spaces that felt like our own private slice of paradise. Beverley struck the perfect balance as a host—she was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we had, always kind and quick to help, yet gave us the space to truly settle in and make her home our home away from home. Her warmth and respect made our stay feel both supported and serene. The neighborhood was tucked away, quiet, and very accessible—offering the best of both worlds. We loved how peaceful it felt while still being close to everything we needed. And yes, we timed it—the walk to the beach was exactly 6 minutes at a medium pace! It quickly became one of our favorite daily rituals.

Our hosts picked us up from the airport and we were immediately charmed by their warmth which made us feel like family. They even took us shopping for any necessities that we might need. Once we arrived at the home, we fell in love with the place. Not only was the décor lovely, but being a bit of a clean freak... I was very happy to find the home so incredibly clean. Amenities were perfect.. with the hosts thinking of just about everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car. Driving was a bit of a challenge though..at first.. lol. Beds were super comfortable.. and both room had its own washroom.. which was ideal for us. I cannot say enough of how lovely these hosts were to us. Took us back to the airport for our departure and made sure us and all our luggage were checked in safely. Stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this home and hosts. The only note is that you will need a car to get around.. but hosts have recommendations.

Observing the monkeys each morning was an added delight.

Absolutely loved staying in this very well appointed house. It had everything we could possibly need & was in walking distance of all the lovely restaurants in Holetown & the beach.

Michelle and Pia's Blue Shells was amazing as always. We have stayed here multiple times and loved it every time. Great snorkeling + amazing views + R&JJ's Jamaican Jerk steps away = AMAZING!!! We look forward to staying here again the next time that we are back on Barbados.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barbados! It looked exactly like the photos—bright, airy, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did run into a couple of minor issues during our visit, but Gillian was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to address everything. The host was also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation. The hospitality really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again—10s across the board!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely four-bed townhouse in Mullins while attending a family wedding at the Sea Shed. With eight adults in our group, the accommodation was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a group of our size. Beatrice, the housekeeper, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for the beach —just a short walk - and we really appreciated the access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club. The free sun loungers were a real bonus, and we enjoyed several nice lunches there. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking to stay in the Mullins area. It’s a great base for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday in Barbados.

This was a great place to stay for 8 nights for two people. The private yard in the back was quiet and a great place to hang out, and the barbecue was a nice bonus. The apartment is in a very walkable location with the grocery store a 5-10 minute walk, and the included beach club even closer - also close to Holetown Beach which is incredible. Caroline and Benoit were very quick to respond to questions and all instructions were very clear. The apartment was very well stocked, and the kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pan, eating and cooking utensils - we found everything we needed. The washing machine was convenient to have available. The bedroom was a bit bigger than expected and there was plenty of room along one wall to store luggage. Air conditioning in both rooms which was great, many rentals in the area only have this in the bedroom. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best places to stay in Barbados on my view. Such an organised host, nothing can go wrong as there is an incredible team working with Rob & Lucy. From the cleaner, the gardener and the incredible property management. Very grateful to have been able to stay at this lovely place. Serious thought and consideration has gone in to this property. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dario's Airbnb in Speightstown! The property was clean and comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. Located on a quiet, colourful street only a short walk to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants near by this Airbnb was ideal. The property was very well maintained with a beautiful garden in the front, and mango tree in the back offering plenty of space to relax in peace in the sun or shade. The outdoor shower and drying lines were much appreciated on return from the beach. Dario was friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The Banks and snacks upon arrival were a lovely bonus treat! We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Joanna’s villa. The location felt very safe and peaceful, just a 5-minute walk to Mullins Beach. The villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool we used often. All bedrooms had air conditioning and modern en suite bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Large bathtubs are also available, ideal for families with young children. We loved the disco lights in the lounge/bar area. We mostly cooked at home to enjoy the villa, though there are plenty of affordable dining options in surrounding areas, if Mullins restaurants feel a bit pricey. Buses to Speightstown and Holetown run regularly, and while we rented a car, it’s not essential. Joanna was a responsive and helpful host with great local tips. Highly recommend! We had such a lovely stay at Joanna’s villa – it truly felt like a home away from home.

Great place to stay that’s super close to beaches and restaurants that are easy to access through either taxi or taking the local bus, if you’re up for a hike you could also walk. House is beautiful and neighborhood is not loud at all.
