Very comfortable stay and a good area with plenty of walks and beautiful beaches. Local pub Very good for food and drinks, and very welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Laura was very helpful in our email interactions, but was not intrusive during our time in the flat. We were able to relax. All the items listed were there, in a well organized cupboard, plus even more than had been listed even down to a jar of Marmite! and digital kitchen scales. :) It was very clean and attractive and lots of cupboard space.

From the point of booking communication with host was excellent. Super friendly and informative. Just before our stay we received clear check-in instructions. The annex was nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. Parking nearby was a real bonus. Property very close to the restaurant we had booked and local hotel. Response from host excellent regarding any queries. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Ideal for a relaxing short break.

lovely space, came to loughor to visit the inlaws. The apartment was super clean. Dawn was super helpful and friendly, even had their cats visit for cuddles when sat out in the sun.

Lovely cozy shabby-chic apartment in the heart of Mumbles, perfect for exploring Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula. From the first floor bedroom balcony, the views over Swansea Bay are simply stunning!... Go outside the garden gate and you are right on the promenade that leads to a lovely walk up into the town center, full of great restaurants and independent shops. Ben provided a wealth of useful information about the best things to do & explore - a great host. Highly recommended and would love to return - Thanks Ben!

Emma was always prompt in responding and provided very clear and detailed instructions containing all info you could need. Flat was very clean and had everything needed. Honest information was provided on parking, although we always found a space within 10m of the front door. Great location for Swansea Bay and good restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance.

Muhyiddin and Asiya were extremely hospitable and friendly and very responsive. Ideal hosts. Well equipped compact apartment, well situated to access most of the beautiful Gower area.

Elliot's apartment was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The bed was exceptional, best bed I've ever slept in, the sofa, super comfy for snuggly nights. we couldn't have asked for anything more. Elliot was an amazing host, super friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for good resturants, bars, shops and the coast. I would highly recommend his place and we 100% will return. What a wonderful apartment in an amazing location. Just like the pics it was well furnished and very clean with a really comfy bed and sofa! It was homely with everything you could need for your stay and with parking right outside the front door it was perfect. It is next to the dock which is now a large sea water lake where you can swim or canoe! Or just look at the view from the apartment ! Just down a little path and you are on the beach and coastal path ideal for a leisurely walk. I really enjoyed my stay. I was visiting family but also had a much needed bit of a quiet break to myself. Thank you Helen for letting me stay, your excellent communication and help providing all the info needed. Highly recommend and will be back!

We had a lovely stay, 2 adults, 2 children under 10. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Minutes walk from the beach and cafe. 5 minutes drive from Mumbles, great location. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A great flat in a central Swansea. Flat is spacious with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. It was so pleasant, I even extended my stay for another two weeks. 😊

great place, next to a pub and little zoo. hot tub was easy to use and relaxing. with plenty of pubs and food down the road. room was modern and quiet

Muhammad and his wife were very welcoming and pleasant! They did everything they could to make us to feel at home, which we very much appreciated it! The place was lovely, spotless clean, comfy bed, clean and soft bedding and towels. There is a space for making tea and coffees with some tea, coffee and milk available to be used , which is a nice touch! The shower is great and there is a big bath , if you like baths, very clean and very big! The sea view from the bedroom window was a massive plus, you see the sea from lying on the bed! The location is great situated on top of Swansea, you get the view from two bays one on the left and one on the right, hence the house’s name is called Highbay! In summary, the whole experience was a lovely and pleasant stay, we very much appreciate the thought and the effort put into it, by Muhammad and his wife! We stayed at Gareth's for the annual Hotrod Races and it was a fantastic stay, brilliant view and the hottub was lovely!

We consider our stay a success. Great location with plenty of places to visit nearby. The hot tub is a big plus. The apartment had everything we needed, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The only thing missing was a description of how to get there, as the postcode takes you to a location below the apartments. Other than that, everything was great.

Really pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything provided enhanced the experience and the hot tub which you heated yourself with the fire was a unique and fun experience. The food at the pub was excellent and well priced.

Had an absolute amazing stay! Welcomed with a lovely basket of Prosecco, crisp & chocolates. The apartment is lovely & clean & has everything you want & need. Large tv with all channels, apps & sky. The balcony area is perfect for relaxing & sunbathing, a right little suntrap & the hot tub perfect overlooking an amazing view! The view is literally stunning! The area of Pendine is unspoilt, tranquil & beautiful. Has enough & not over commercialised. There are a couple pubs, a shop, chippy, ice-cream parlours & cafes. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love my stay. Peaceful, relaxing within easy reach of Saundersfoot and Tenby. The views are amazing and even better from the hot tub.
