Duplex attached to our house! Safe Memphis suburb!

Private outdoor entrance. There is no access from the main house to the duplex and vice versa. Private! No shared spaces, no hidden cleaning fees. This cozy duplex has a living room with kitchenette ( mini fridge, microwave) and a bathroom and is attached to our house. Sleeps 2 adults, and up to 2 small children. We don’t accept guests from Memphis and don’t feel our property is right for romantic getaways considering we live next door and have kids and dogs

Great older 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in Millington, TN. 10-20 minutes to everything, the USA Stadium, Naval Base, Downtown Memphis & Wolfchase. House has a carport, covered porch & deck. There is a RING DOORBELL, front door for safety purposes. FP & wall HVAC work in the living room. Pets are allowed and must be registered just like the number of guests.
