Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Very cozy, clean apartment with all comforts, located in a strategic point for Zoomarine, Cinecittà World. Suitable for a family with 1 child The only flaw, if we can call it that, is the mosquitoes.

Very quiet and clean apartment, modernly equipped. You can reach the train station and beach on foot. 20 min to the airport. Beautiful upper terrace with sea view. Own parking space in front of the front door. Highly recommended.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Everything was pretty nice, i was even allowed to check in earlier than stated after they finished cleaning. The only thing that i must warn you is: If you fall for the bathtub on the advertised pictures, which was a main reason for me to take it, there is not enough hot water to fill it and host said it’s just for beauty not to use it so that was a bit dampening everything else is perfect and it looks very nice inside and feels like home. I managed to fill the bathtub with the water cooker but would be nice to know this before booking, i would expect a bigger boiler and not just a small kettle.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

The apartment was exactly as in the Photo, clean , cozy , and well equipped. Federico was attentive and very responsive and helped us A-LOT. I highly recommend this stay.

We were really very friendly received, everything was super explained the apartment is very nicely furnished as in the pictures, Netflix etc. also works without problems. We had a nice welcome basket with a lunch (pasta & arrabiatasauce) and other goodies and a bottle of water, so you don't necessarily have to go shopping right away. And the apartment is very close to the beach, you can see and hear the sea from the balcony. Simply magical!! Many thanks to Maria Christina and Francesco, we felt at home. And we will definitely come back!!
