Log cabin overlooking meadow (45 min to Copenhagen)

Welcome to this idyllic log cabin, with stunning views. Inside, you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year. (=The original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Skøn træterrasse omkring huset, så solen kan nydes fra morgen til aften. Træpilleovn/varmepumpe. Flot have, der er lukket godt af med skøn kirsebærlaurbærhæk. Kort gåtur gennem selve Ejby Ådal til Isefjorden. 800 m. til vandkant, hvor der er badebro. Gratis brug af sengelinned, håndklæder, og viskestykker.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns og frække katte og små lam fra Marts. Et sted til nærvær, ro og lange sommeraftener.
