An atmospheric log cabin with its own lakeside sauna in a stunning location by the lake. In winter, you can go ice fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling. In summer, you can swim, go boating, and fish from your own dock. There is a charcoal grill on the patio. The cottage does not have running water. Drinking water can be obtained from the main cabin (50 m away), where there is also a toilet and shower if needed. The water for washing in the lakeside sauna is taken from the lake. The cottage has an outdoor sauna. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Atmospheric log cabin on the shore of Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cottage accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs you will find a hallway, a kitchen with a great fireplace, a sauna, a shower room, a toilet and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with views of nature.

Welcome to stay in Muonio! A peaceful small village of around 1100 inhabitants, located on the bank of the river Muoniojoki. Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected. Privacy and peace for our guests! To the centre of Muonio, where you can find a very good selected K-market shop and also a S-market it is just about 2,2 km.

Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
