The place is so ice and cozy, also the room smells good and clean. It is well recommended, it really feels like home. We'll choose to stay here again.

It’s amazing place safe and secured , Ayala mall and metro supermarket across the street a lot of restaurants nearby the unit was fully furnished with all toiletries will be back again ..

Felt at home and the items were complete even the guest kit, free snacks and water, board games, free teas, etc. Would definitely book this place again when I visit bacolod.

Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

Sir Rolen is always available, flexible and friendly. Nice terrace with view to Mount Kanlaon. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful place. Walking distance to Panaad Park, an eucalyptus forest, where Bacolodnans come for physival exercise. Walking distance to small shops, markets, laundry and eateries where you get everthing one needs.

ate nancy us very friendly and accommodating..her place is quite and u can rest very well. kitchen is superb. u can do laundry also the house have frontload automatic washing machine..though we didnt use it for we dont have lots of time... thank u ate nancy...balik kami jan pag nag bakasyon kmi uli...

The place was exactly as described, as well as clean and literally a few meters from the guardhouse of the village. The host was also responsive and helpful with what needs we required during our stay. From the shuttle service within the village, to the restaurant/cafe outside the village, not to mention the accessibility of public transportation, will definitely recommend staying here on your Bacolod trips!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Good house. The house doesn't have window grills but the subdivision is safe so it's not really needed.

The location was great! We attended an 5-day event in Alegria so this was a great place to unwind after our daily activities. It was also easy to get to Bacolod city, and very accessible to airport via the new road that leads to Silay. Place was clean and roomy. There were 3 bathrooms — we thought there were only 2. So for our group of 7, that was a nice feature. They had a washing machine, great kitchen, AC units in the bedrooms. Overall our experience was good and would recommend it to anyone!

the host was very responsive and easy to have a deal with, even when I forgot to indicate that I have a car, they made sure that I would have parking, this made our overall stay in bacolod a nice experience

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The unit is so clean, comfy, cozy and complete with appliances/furnitures. It is a great place for quick/ long trip to Bacolod. Also, Jhen is a great host, she is responsive and assisted me immediately on my queries. I would definitely recommend this place and will rebook when I come back to Bacolod.
