House holiday rentals in Muscat Governorate

It was the well deserved break my family and self were looking for The rooms were very spaciouss. Furniture good quality and the villa overall was amazing we really really enjoyed the stay a lot. If your looking to be in Sifa and excluded from the Sifa crowed than this is the right place .very well kept property will surely be back again

The hots was helpful from arranging transport, 24/7 available and happy to help. Always asking if there’s anything that he can help with or make our stay more comfortable. The place was clean , working air conditions (lost count how many air conditioners in the property), working Wi-Fi and finally quite big space . There were 7 of us and we used 1/4 of the place . The indoor pool was something else on another level . With private toilet and even air conditioning and also the pool was heated and big . Was really impressed with the place . I’ll be coming back for sure . Thanks for everything

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

The place is looked new and everything is good and clean. The pool size is great for kids and adults as well, nice Jacuzzi as well. It’s very near to the beach (5 mins) and It’s 30 mins away from Muscat downtown but still the price and amenities and worth it. I already recommended it to my friends. Thanks Mohammed

It’s a gorgeous place, went there during eid holidays. The house the vibe the neighbourhood everything is amazing. The host particularly was very sweet and very proactive. Would give this place a 10:/10

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

We were in cottage 6, our daughter and her family in cottage 5 with shared inside garden/terrace. So we had enough privacy but also contact together. We had a hanging/laying closet and a dressing cupboard with 2 drawers and so didn't have to go out live our suitcases, that was nice. We also had a small private terrace with small swimming pool in the shade of trees. If you would only rent cottage 6 you don't really have a place to sit outside. Both cottage hosting to a group or family works great.

Perfect for tourists who are looking to stay in Matrah and experience Oman the rooms were very spacious and private

Said and his family were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and hospitable. They ensured we had everything we needed and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had a good stay.
