Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. It is warm and through, so it provides you with light all day long. It consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Thanks to the sound insulation, it allows you to benefit from all the advantages of city life without the disadvantages.

The living area features a modern design with two dark gray sofas and a cozy seating arrangement. A white coffee table and a small side table complement the space. A built-in bookshelf filled with colorful books and a television create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful 140 m² apartment, fully renovated, on the fourth floor of a 1930s building with an elevator. It is ideally located less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, the Aquarium, and the Old Port. A private courtyard will allow you to park your car. For your safety, a reception procedure and enhanced apartment maintenance by a concierge company have been put in place. PLEASE NOTE: The elevator is undergoing renovation work through June 26.

No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Nice apartment, perfect location.

Our accommodation is close to all tourist places (Old Port, aquarium, train station, central market, beach, cinemas) Each of these strategic points is a few hundred meters away, while being in a very quiet area. Supermarket (7am-10pm) 3 minutes away. Your car(s) parked in the basement (2 spaces). Everything is done on foot or by bike.
