Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, light rail, and major attractions downtown, including the Ball Center, Larimer Square, the Rockies ballpark, Mile High Stadium and Union Station. Stairs are required to access all levels. A maximum of 4 people - our sofa is not designed for sleeping.
