This unique condo was once an art gallery. As soon as you walk in you can feel and see the beauty of its artistic history. You are so close to everything downtown in this location. Take an evening stroll down the famous River Walk, or a carriage ride thru historic downtown. The condo is completely renovated and has one bedroom with king bed and 1 bath. Cape Fear River View-Parking-Dog Friendly!

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
