Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.

Henri replied to my messages fast and with all the information needed. The appartment was clean and is very well located. As some special requests came up he responded quickly. Most espiacially on the leaving day I was very glad to have fast reaction, since we accidently left something in the appartment, but Henri was quickly enough there, so we made it in time to the train and could travel on as planned. Kiitos paljon !! :-)

We loved every bit of our stay – the location is perfect, and the apartment is absolutely beautiful. If you value high quality and Finnish design, you’ll love it here. The parking space and direct lift access from the garage are a huge perk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious balcony offers a stunning lake view of Näsijärvi. Oh, and Särkänniemi amusement park is right there, too - you can see it at the end of the road. We hope to visit again soon!
