Huvilalla ei sallita railakasta juhlintaa. Majoitusmaksuun sisältyvät vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet, hinta huomioitu siivousmaksussa.

Kohteeseen pääsee myös bussilla. Huvilassa kaikki nykypäivän mukavuudet, kuten sisävessa ja suihku. Majoittumaan mahtuu 4 aikuista ja yksi lapsi. Rantasauna on käytössä lisämaksusta (25€). Palju (joka on myös lisämaksullinen 25€) on käytössä kesäaikaan (1.5-30.9).
