Holiday rentals with a patio in Mutiara Rini

This is my first time subscribing to Airbnb. It feels like home. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. There are convenience walk downstairs have stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Indian and Malay food, desserts and drinks. It is a very good work holiday experience. I will come again next time. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was spacious and clean, and had the necessary facilities for our 3 days stay with family. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. We really liked that the apartment was conveniently located beside Paradigm mall. The host was also quick to respond and resolve the issue with the aircon leakage, which made our stay even more fuss free. Definitely recommend this place for vacations with large families. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

we had a pleasant stay. can fit 14 pax and there is enough floor mattress which is thick, soft pillows and very clean. Nice view from the balcony. The host was so friendly and always active. communication, patience and good explanation is fast reply. High recommendation. Will definitely come back and stay there.. Thank you ✌️

Its a nice place to stay! However do note that the toilet does not have shower screen so it does get abit wet. Overal, would highly recommend!

One of the better, newer JB-based Airbnbs that is clean, tidy, and a match to what's depicted in the listing. No instance of apartment catfishing. Recommended.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

It’s wonderful place to stay at with family

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Great place.. Good location

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

It has a fantastic location, with easy access to eateries, Komtar, City Square Mall, and just a short walk to Bazaar Karat. The space is cozy, homely, and equipped with all basic necessities. It’s clean and well-maintained. The thoughtful touches by the host, like providing umbrellas for use and return, are much appreciated. The host is friendly and responsive, ensuring all our needs were met. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions provided. Check in was easy and hassle free. The whole apartment was clean and tidy. Furnished with everything needed (shower gel, shampoo, towels etc. Do bring your own toothbrush) Kitchen was provided with the basic cutleries, bowls, pans etc. Bed was comfortable and also provided extra pillows Recommended for singles/couples for short/long stays 👍🏻

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.
