Centrally-located, sunny apartment with new appliances, this condo is perfect for getting around Boston. Near Davis, Porter, and Ball square with Red and Green line stops and close to Tufts University, Harvard, Lesley, Cambridge, and Medford. Blue Bike stand also located within a 3 minute walk. Rare off street parking for one car. Workspace is provided with monitor and lifting desk. Whirlpool tub is good for a soak, and I've recently installed an all-in-one bidet toilet with heated seats.

This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.

Holly’s Somerville Airbnb is a gem! The apt itself was cute, clean & comfortable. Easy walk to the nearby T line, felt safe walking around the neighborhood & there’s a nice green space right next to the apt. The room, private bathroom & shared space (living room/kitchen) was totally clean and presentable and super helpful!! I would 10/10 recommend this place and would stay there again in the future! Holly was very responsive, added helpful & clear instructions on how to access the unit AND her little feline friend is adorable (he only made a brief peak around the door appearance) — thank you to Holly for her wonderful hospitality and for welcoming my partner and I into her beautiful home!

Linda was a wonderful host, made me feel so at home in my room. The room is cute, with windows on 2.5 walls, so great natural light. The shared kitchen & bathrooms are clean and organized and Linda is very generous with her space and time and was very responsive for any questions I had. Andale is a very cute, well behaved dog and the area is nice, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Linda also let me store some of my stuff in her basement which was very kind. Had a great stay here, loved chatting with Linda and staying in her beautiful home.

I felt right at home at Alex and Kevin's home, very clean and comfortable. the extra storage space helped as I had some luggage with me. Definitely one of the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Loved to meet the cute dog too, such a sweetheart, very quiet and respectful. Some extra details for other travellers; entrance on Canal Street is the closest to the apartment, located in a very nice shopping area with many restaurants options as well as orange line being a few steps away. It's an apartment complex so sometimes you do hear people slamming doors shut or upstairs neighbors walking but didn't disturb us.
