Located in the heart of Mystic, 5 min walk to historical Mystic Bridge, 10 min walk to Mystic Seaport, 10 min walk to train station and short drive to Olde Mistick Village, prime location makes it easy to explore! Free parking and beautiful back deck. Located in a duplex, you will have the top unit, my family friend lives on the bottom. I live a few streets over and am happy to give local recommendations! Spend your days exploring town, before coming home to your oasis at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for you, your family and friends, and has a great backyard with patio, grill, outdoor sectional and dining table, perfect for summer days and nights. Our home is the ideal home base after days at the beach, on the water, or exploring Mystic.

This bright apartment is within walking distance of Downtown Mystic with lots of nearby food options food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and boats including the Argia several times a day. We are 1 exit away from Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Use Mystic Go App to see all that you can explore in this area.
