We had a wonderful week at Julia’s beautiful home. It was just two adults and our daughter, but there was plenty of room for more, and we comfortably hosted some friends with kids for dinner one night. So nice being able to walk out the back door into the woods and the nearby small lake. Our 2yr old loved the toys, flowers, records, and books around the house. I enjoyed the sauna in the basement and the views out of every window surrounded by trees and other homes but feeling very private. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very comfortable with all tools and cookware we needed. In short, this is a wonderful family friendly home and we would happily return here again. Mikael's house is an amazing retreat from Stockholm's city pulse and offers one of the best experiences that the archipelago has to offer. The house was spacious, clean and located at the highest point with a breathtaking view of the surrounding islands. A large terrace, first-class grill, sauna and of course the pool made our three-day stay with friends unforgettable. Mikael was a very helpful host who responded quickly to all our questions. I just wish I could afford to own this house myself ;)

We had a great stay with Robert, Helene and Peter. You have a fantastic view of the archipelago and in the cottage everything you need is available plus much more. The terrace is a particularly special place to relax. Stockholm and the archipelago are easy to reach to explore the region. Robert, Helene and Peter are great hosts, we received many useful tips and felt very comfortable. A truly wonderful place.

We had a very nice time at Martin's house. The star was the sunny terrace with a great view of the water. The amenities are excellent and leave nothing to be desired. The house is an ideal base for trips to Stockholm or the archipelago. A bakery and a small mall with supermarket can be reached in minutes by car. Only small drawback: the path to the small swimming area is a little longer than expected and quite difficult with SUP boards. But we would love to come back to Saltsjöbaden at any time.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious house! The home beat all of our expectations with its high quality facilities. The house is very nice and well equipped with everything you can wish for, including a pool and a jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. The excellent barbecue was perfect for our evenings, and the proximity to nature created a soothing atmosphere. The swimming area which is only a two minute walk away was absolutely lovely and made our stay even better. The house was also very clean and well kept, and housekeeping was included which made everything even smoother. Our host, Linnea, greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. She was always available and incredibly flexible, which was greatly appreciated. We can highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful Swedish summer stay here! This is truly a gem of a place! It is about 30 min from the Stockholm city by car, but it feels as if one is truly away in nature. It is so quiet and although some neighbors are close, we never felt it wasn’t private. The nature reserve right across the road was heaven! Trails to walk in the forest, pick blueberries. It is a short walk to walk for swim in lake- we couldn’t find where to swim in ocean from the house. The yard is big, grass areas, trees, even some blueberry bushes! We saw deer running around the neighborhood. The house itself is very cozy, clean, and fully equipped; we were very comfortable. We played croquet in the backyard along with ping pong. The terrace was lovely to sit for meals and to relax. We spent a lot of time outdoors. There are a lot of things to do around the area. We took the ferry boats in to the city from Nacka Strand, as well boat hopping to different islands in the archipelago. Convenient! We loved it! 🥰

We loved our stay at this house. Very quiet neighborhood but still close to city center. The house has everything you need and the pool is an awesome spot to hang with family and friends. Jonas was a great responsive host that truly wanted to ensure that we felt good about our weeklong stay in the house. Nice little bonus is the pizza place called “Bara”, which is one of the best pizzerias in all of Sweden. Only takes about 3-5 minutes to walk there. Would definitely book it again on our next trip to Sweden.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

Would definitely recommend a stay in Fredrik's residence. Amazing house with spacious surroundings. Idyllic location with short distance to the beach and suit distance to Stockholm centre.

I spent (unfortunately only) 4 nights with my kids in this wonderful house. Less than half an hour outside of Stockholm and you are in a different world, totally calm, right by the sea. The sunrise over the sea - if you happen to be awake at 5 in the morning - is just marvellous. The house is beautiful, even nicer than on the pictures, perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. We had some relaxing days swimming (two neoprene suits available), stand-up paddling, chilling on the terrace and boating around the islands. Renting the yellow boat is a must - it's faster than it looks. Thomas is the perfect host - always available and super supportive when you need him. Thanks for this great vacation! Water-skiing (skies available) is on our list for next time :-)

This beautiful home was perfect for our family during Christmas week. We spent most of our time cooking, eating, reading and playing games, so the open kitchen-dining-living layout with a fireplace and archipelago views was ideal for us. We especially appreciated the sauna with refreshing plunge pool and the enclosed garden for our dog to run around. Overall, everything was very easy, from communicating with Sabina, settling in, and checking out. Tip: bring slippers as the polished concrete flooring can be a bit hard and chilly underfoot. Thank you, Sabina and family, for letting us relax and unwind in your stylish home!

Fredrik's house is a wonderful place of modern architecture, with a magnificent terrace that merges seamlessly into the Swedish landscape. It offers a stunning view of the nature around the house. The kitchen, and everything really, is fully equipped with all you could possibly need. The house is located in a tranquil area, which is favoured by the neighbouring nature reserve and offers several bathing spots. And yet, Stockholm is just a few minutes away. Fredrik and his family are attentive, generous hosts who made sure we had a wonderful time. With this, you do not rent a house, you rent a home. Tack för det!

Louis, as the landlord, did his best and was cooperative with repayment as a reasonable measure to solve a problem.

We had a marvelous time at Fatimas House with the gorgious huge garden It's the perfect place to stay, if you look for a mixture of nature and Cityliving. A lake only a few minutes walk away and the busstation nearly in front of the door. Fatima is a perfect host, who had a lot of Tips for our stay in Stockholm and even picked us up at the Station. Tima, thank you su much.

We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant. I would love to come back here with my family anytime. Frederika was extremely helpful as a hostess and very easy to reach! Thank you for everything!

What an amazing house in the heart of beautiful Soltsjobaden. This was the perfect place for two UK families to stay and explore Stockholm for the first time. The house is beautiful, so spacious and really stylishly presented, the outside space and pool were just so relaxing. The suburb of Soltsjobaden is gorgeous, from the house it was just a few minutes walk to the jetty for a swim and stunning views across the water. We didn’t have a car but easily walked the 10 minutes to the supermarket for provisions. Bjorn even provided a shopping type trolley to make it easy to move the heavier items. Björn’s recommendation for Holmens restaurant was a 20 minute stroll, but it’s a lovely walk and the place is fantastic. Getting into the city couldn’t have been easier, exactly 30 mins on the bus, that stops a 5 minute walk from the house. We went into the city 3 times during our 5 night stay. So much to do! We’re really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Simply great, cheers.

Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.

It was great to spend a week in the house located in very scenic surroundings. We enjoyed using the lovely pool and the many good outdoor seating areas. It was manageable driving distance to Stockholm, so you could easily take more excursions there. Lisa and Stefan were really nice to make a lot of recommendations, both for experiences and food that we can really confess.
