House holiday rentals in Naga City

First time booking a place for our group and I must say that this is a good place for having our reunion. The host is responsive and quick to answer queries. The place is not that far as you can even commute to reach it. The place was clean, and has utensils, fridge, water dispenser and even lots of tissue for all of us. The pool was also clean. You can even sing your heart out because you can do videoke. All we needed was there. I love their rooms and bathrooms. they have a heater and rooms are clean enough pillows and blankets. They also have wifi! overall, 10/10 would stay at Kakushi Private Villa again. thank you for letting us stay in your place 😊

Jero is very accomodating and he welcomed us in to their home. The communication was seamless since the host was very responsive and considerate. They ensure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The place was homey and beautiful. We love the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely book this place again.

We had a great stay visiting family in Naga after 30+ hours of travel. The property is away from the main road, which makes it very quiet at night and easier to rest peacefully. Being away from the road, though, it was more difficult to find, but Macario was very communicative and provided clear directions to ensure easy arrival after a long day of travel. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating. They gave us a tour of the house, had the AC running upon arrival, and made sure we were supplied with cold, filtered water. The place was spotless, the AC cold, and WiFi steady and strong. The water pressure in showers was excellent with hot water available if preferred. The power went out at one point, but the generator came on immediately so it didn't really disrupt us at all. The staff were always available to help us and even offered to help us with groceries if needed. We've already recommended the place to our family if they have large groups visiting them.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as describe- clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was stable and perfect for remote work. The location is close to great restaurants, and local attractions. Ms. Virna was very responsive and gave helpful local tips that made my trip even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciate the thoughtful touches like free drinking water, complete toiletries and towels for each guest. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers! Kudos for an excellent service 🥰

The place was clean and nice. Just that one of the room’s doorknob is loose. Also cannot close the main door. ATE (caretaker) was very helpful. Owner also very responsive which is very helpful. Thank you

Ms Leilani was very responsive to us. We had a lot of questions and needed to be more familiar with the area. She was also very flexible with the check-in. Her caretakers were very warm and friendly. The place was homey and clean. We loved that there was air conditioning even in the common areas of the house. They even had the air conditioning switched on when we arrived. That was a very caring touch. We stayed for almost a week and didn't need to ask so much because everything was available. Even the basic condiments we needed to cook were all set in the kitchen. We'd recommend this place to anyone who will be staying in Naga and settling in before starting their Bicol roadtrip. Thank you so much, Ms Leilani, for the hassle-free experience.

Great for big groups

We had a great time. Complete kitchenware and utensils, clean sheets, owner is responsive. We’ll def book next time.
