From the moment we arrived, Rajeev was an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. The property itself was fantastic clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive, making it a cozy and inviting space. The location was also ideal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rajeev’s place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb stay. We will definitely be back!

Such a nice place to relax and feel at home. The bed is super comfortable, the room was very clean and fresh. A very spacious space as well. Kitchen was very convenient for us and we enjoyed having our own timings and space. Thank you Pradeep and family, you have been fantastic and super kind. We are happy with our choice to have found you and our days at your beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, but what truly made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, especially with our children. They went out of their way to make the kids feel welcome ,even surprising them with a small treats at the start of the trip , and some muffins for our last evening in Katmandu . It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for families,thank you for making our trip so memorable!

We had the most amazing stay at Natasha’s place. She and her family are so sweet and helped us with everything we needed. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the stupa and right of of Phulbari road. Her place was so clean and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be staying here again if I return to KTM! Thank you Natasha!

這是一個很好的住宿體驗，房子太漂亮整潔了，佈置非常有品味，用具也很齊備，很適合多人家庭入住，連嬰兒床也有提供。但因為是太陽能熱水器，很遺憾在冬天的晚上熱水並不足夠4人洗澡，這是唯一的缺點，如果在夏天入住或者習慣白天洗澡的話應該就沒有問題了。

Good location and was great having a coffee shop on the ground floor! Beds have firm mattress which took a bit to get used to. Was helpful to have washing machine. Once we worked out how to get hot water in bathroom, worked well but need to wait at least 10 min. Main bathroom always had a strong smell, we kept the door closed. Balcony and patio was great to see the landscape and street below, note this is a shared space.

Praveen ji was an outstanding host. The stay was amazing — the place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. From the moment I arrived, Praveen ji’s warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great experience!

I also enjoyed Pranaya’s restaurant recommendations. I thought he might be playing it overly safe for foreigners but I really liked all the food. A lot.

Naba is a great host! He was traveling during my stay, but he consistently checked in to make sure my stay was going well. The apartment is superb. It's large, super clean, and well equipped. The location is a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist areas, yet is in a beautiful, gated home. There are plenty of good restaurants and eateries nearby to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it.

Sal’s Pizza Penthouse is a charming two-room flat on the top floor of a little restaurant on a central location in the residential area of Lazimpat. Besides a spacious bedroom and a living room there is a bright kitchen with windows on three sides. It’s a lovely spot to sit and read or write or have a meal. The flat is connected to a pleasant terrace with a countless number of plants. There are some good cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood – probably due to the fact that there are a number of embassies in the area. Thamel is within walking distance. The host and the staff in the restaurant are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant has an adorable little front garden, and there is almost a family vibe around Sal’s Pizza. Would like to return anytime.

Absolutely perfect stay. This apartment is tucked away in a beautiful historic building off the streets of Patan. It is comfortable, clean, stylish, and well equipped with everything I needed. The family hosts are very kind and most helpful. I was dealing with an injury while there and they graciously provided extra assistance. 10/10 and I look forward to staying there again.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Naveen is an incredible host, considerate and caring. When there is something broken(e.g. rice cooker and water kettle), he provided us a new one immediately. The place is very clean and fully equipped. The location is very nice and convenient too, it’s near mart and restaurant. Would love to come here again if I visit Kathmandu!

Nous avons passé plus d'un mois en famille dans ce logement extrêmement confortable que je ne peux que recommander tant l'emplacement est idéal et les propriétaires qui vivent au-dessus sont accueillants, discrets et chaleureux. Plein de restaurants, shops a pieds du logement. Les pieces sont spacieuses, lumineuses, joliement décorées. Possibilité de laver votre linge. Plein de plantes et fleurs dans la jardin!! Un apartamento muy agradable y acogedor, con una estética muy bonita. La única pega que puede tener es no estar en el centro de Kathmandu sin embargo es muy fácil moverse con taxi y se tarda poco. Muy recomendable

It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.
