We created FORRESET with a view to getting away from the rush – the name combines the proximity of the forest and the space for rest and regeneration. There is no hotel chill. We've arranged this place so that, from the moment you step inside, you can relax, brew a cup of coffee, and take a breath. In the morning, you wake up the rustle of trees, and there's a forest at your doorstep. A homey atmosphere, comfortable beds, and full comfort. Make yourselves at home and feel like a local. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Jay habitat

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – perfect for families and people seeking peace and quiet close to nature. Guests have access to a private Jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a grill, a playground, a games room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until July 17, 2026! We have prepared an additional attraction for each stay: • 1 quad ride for a child aged 8–12 and 13–17. • 1 entry to the family airsoft shooting range for reactive targets.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

We invite you to visit Western Masurian area to spend a wonderful time in our luxury villa situated right at the Pozen Lake shore (3 meters). From the big terrace you can enjoy the view of the whole lake as well as as surrounding Tabor Forest. Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.

In the price of our home you can use our pier, boats, water bikes, kayaks, sailboats, as well as sup boards. The house is very spacious, perfect for relaxing with family! It is heated, year-round, and we can organize Christmas, New Year's Eve, or other special events like birthdays.
