The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

One thing that really stood out during my stay was the warm hospitality, especially from manager Joy, he was incredibly helpful, always available whenever we needed assistance, and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. From helping with local recommendations to arranging small things on request, his presence truly enhanced our experience. Vaijayanti’s home is straight out of Pinterest! Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending vibrant charm with clean, modern aesthetics. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the colour schemes and decor accents to the way everything is arranged to feel both luxurious and cozy. The rooms are beautifully done (those turquoise and pastel furnishings are even better in person!) and spotlessly clean. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease. Vaijayanti herself was an amazing host, super responsive and genuinely warm. She made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated: they’ve thoughtfully designated two balconies for smoking. It keeps the house feeling fresh and clean while still being convenient for those who smoke, such a smart touch that reflects the host’s attention to comfort and cleanliness. We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
