A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, cafes, and local markets, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was prompt and clear. One thing that really stood out during my stay was the warm hospitality, especially from manager Joy, he was incredibly helpful, always available whenever we needed assistance, and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Raj exotica. From the moment I arrived, the Host (mounika) was very friendly, and very professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they were kind enough to accommodate an early arrival. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The view from the window was also a pleasant surprise.

Vaijayanti’s home is straight out of Pinterest! Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending vibrant charm with clean, modern aesthetics. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the colour schemes and decor accents to the way everything is arranged to feel both luxurious and cozy. The rooms are beautifully done (those turquoise and pastel furnishings are even better in person!) and spotlessly clean. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease. Vaijayanti herself was an amazing host, super responsive and genuinely warm. She made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated: they’ve thoughtfully designated two balconies for smoking. It keeps the house feeling fresh and clean while still being convenient for those who smoke, such a smart touch that reflects the host’s attention to comfort and cleanliness. I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Hillary's home is just as described in the listing. In fact the place in real is much better than how it appears in the pictures. 2 of the bedrooms are super sized with each having a refrigerator and there is 1 smaller bedroom. All the rooms had AC and worked very well in the summer months when we visited. Out of many things, one more good thing about the property is that it's 2 minutes to the beach, which is much less crowded than the main Baga and Calangute beaches. This beach falls right between the two so you can also access either of the beaches and shacks through your stay. Hillary was very warm and welcoming and always available for any suggestions/ help we needed. All in all, a great place to stay especially if you are a group of people wanting to be together. Thanks Hillary, hope we return some day!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
