The property is 1000 square meters (3000 sq ft), and is divided into two sections: the main house in the front of the property, and the cabin in the back of the property. Guests need to walk through the front yard area to reach the cabin. Neither of the yard areas are illuminated at night. EXTENDED STAYS We welcome guests who wish to book extended stays of up to one year. If you book your stay for the extended period, please be advised that in those cases, the discount rate does not include gas or electric utility bills. In these cases, we will ask guests to sign an additional rental agreement upon arrival and to reimburse the cost of those utility services to us at the end of every month. For insurance and management purposes, we do not offer any type of agreement that puts your stay outside of airbnb. All reservations, even extended ones, must be booked through the platform.

It is for 2 people and is located 800 meters from the Civic Center in an ideal setting for rest, very close to the center and bus lines, with lots of greenery around. It is a fully equipped studio with a large bed. It is low, tatami style, the only one available. It has bedding, towels, good broadband internet, and a beautiful deck-terrace for reading or having breakfast. It has a microwave, a stove for cooking, and a refrigerator. There are pets on the property. Staircase at entrance.

There is a small forest with native flora, and it's walk-distance from National Park and Refugio Frey trail, while just a few minutes from Cerro Catedral Ski resort. Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.

Located 3 km from downtown Bariloche. Upstairs is the bathroom and two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and another without privacy with two single beds. On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen. Equipped with full dishes, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It has heating, 300mbps wifi, smart TV with Google Chromecast. Access is via stairs, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The bus stop is 70 meters away.
