The location is great, especially if you're going to do paperwork at the BIR Trese Martires, it's very near. If you want to buy food, you can just walk a bit, and you'll be at SM. If you prefer delivery, Food Panda is also available. The room is well-maintained, the bed is clean, and the towels are fresh. The place is also clean, and the guards are friendly. Downside: Starting at 8 a.m., there are 2 ongoing construction work right outside the window with scaffolding and directly across from unit 218, with constant hammering. It makes it difficult to rest properly. The toilet seat cover is broken. Overall, the stay was okay, and Sir Dan was very responsive. Thank you so much

The host is considerate and approachable and the caretaker is pleasant. The accommodation is surprisingly wonderful and cozy, though the cooking appliances require a 3-slot adapter. They have 2, but only 1 is functioning, so it's advisable to bring extra adapters. The karaoke system is nice as it's connected to the internet (means unlimited selection 😍), and the microphone sound quality is excellent, but the music itself is not connected to the speakers, making it sound like an acapella performance. Overall, the place, the host, and the caretaker are praiseworthy. Leaving it a 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really loved and much appreciated the place. The host is friendly. The SM Mall is just a few steps away from the property. The view is overlooking at the amenity. I would recommend this property to those who are looking for a perfect place.
