Villa holiday rentals in Nail Bay

The place was amazing! Best vacation we have ever been on. Beautiful views of the water. Snorkel gear and chairs come in handy! My advice would be to rent a car, so you can explore multiple beaches. We felt very at home at Ryan’s place. We were sad to leave.

The charm of the Hideaway is the quiet, remote location. The views are spectacular! The beach is very private with lounge chairs and a pergola - we were the only ones there! The open-air dining area is spacious and we loved being able to look out at sea while eating. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a cool experience. The kitchen had all we needed to make simple meals, including a blender for frozen island drinks. :-) Filtered water and an ice-maker in the fridge were key. Libby was a great host - very communicative, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We did end up renting a Jeep since it is a bit far from from Great Harbour and the roads are very steep, but Foxy's Taboo is a short 1-mile walk down the road and their food is excellent. I do recommend bringing some provisions with you so you don't have to make the trek back to town because once you're there, you won't want to leave!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Great views, plenty of room in the house, friendly and helpful host. Would recommend arriving before dark - will make finding the driveway easier, but if you keep track of the driveways and turns from the host's instructions, you'll be okay. Only the master bedroom has AC, but some well-placed fans can help cool the rest of the house.

Kurt’s place was absolutely amazing for a relaxing get away. The space was beautiful and well maintained. The location is amazing as well with a less than 5 minute walk to Sapphire beach and a 5 minute drive to Red Hook. Kurt is also an amazing host who is extremely responsive and quick to help with anything you may need. Cant wait to book again!!

Janice and her family are absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and welcoming. She provided clear instructions on where to meet and was incredibly flexible with our check-in time. Janice even personally drove us to the villa, gave us a full tour, and made sure we knew where everything was. As a thoughtful touch, she welcomed us with a fresh bowl of mangoes picked right from the tree on her property—such a lovely gesture! The villa itself is private, peaceful, and perfectly located. We were no more than 20 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go on the island, including all the ferry ports. Each evening, we relaxed by the pool and watched the sunset—truly a breathtaking experience. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Tortola—and when we do, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Lovely stay! It was perfect for a family of 4 with the washer & dryer and two full bathrooms. Beach was beautiful and snorkeling was fantastic! It was nice to be several buildings down from the restaurants and busy part of the resort. Also, easy to rent a boat from the marina in walking distance (GoMojo). Would absolutely stay again. True Story was by far the best place we have stayed at on St John. It was like a mini resort with a centralized living area that contained the perfect living room dinning room laundry room kitchenette and kitchen fully equipped for all of our needs. It was nice to have it separated from the living room so that noise could not be heard by the early risers or late nighters hanging out. The bedrooms were in 2 separate buildings off the main living area. All 3 bedrooms were fully equipped and comfortable. The bedroom off the pool had the most amazing outdoor shower! Beds were comfortable and the double sinks were perfect for couples getting ready together. The porch/pool were so large with comfortable sitting areas and the views were like a dream! We had iguana visitors in the trees next to the pool that added a little more st john magic to our trip. The hosts were SO responsive and accommodating to any questions/needs we had. I'd give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Absolutely perfect 👌

We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

About us - First adventure to St. John for a family wedding.... we had four nuggets with us (two under 12 and two under 2 .. all boys) and their parents. Needed a home that would cover entertainment (pool), enough rooms and down home comfort. About the Villa - Easily met all of our requirements. The four bedrooms provided beds for my kids with kids, the kitchen had enough space for congregation and meal prep, the living room provided huge open area with kid friendly seating and the outdoor decks treated us to additional room. Helpful Hints (?) - Should have read amenities closer - "essentials not included" was one I missed... oops. Island Baby Rentals - excellent for extra cribs, toys, etc. Landlubber Logistics - excellent for pre-grocery stocking the home. Best of all, Ari was one of the quickest hosts we have worked with making this a memorable / want to do again experience!

Coconut Breeze was as good as advertised. The home was comfortable, well stocked and had spectacular views, absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely get a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads leading up are steep and a bumpy, but hey it’s St John and that’s what you signed up for. While the home is tucked into the private, lush jungle hillside it’s also conveniently located a short drive away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had an issue with an AC unit in the cottage, but it was promptly resolved by our host. The cottage porch was not screened in, but maybe this is something that will be done in the future. If you are staying in Coral Bay Coconut Breeze is the way.

This was an absolutely WONDERFUL AirBNB! It is very well appropriated and has everything you could possibly need, including supplies for the beach, linens, towels, and good recommendations for local activities. The views are breathtaking, the pool is delightful, and the beds are comfortable. Something that would have been helpful for us to know is that the main house contains two bedrooms and a common space. The other three bedrooms are stand alone and they open up onto the pool with doors that do not lock (to my knowledge). This influenced where we felt comfortable sleeping small children in our group and may be worthwhile for families to know ahead of time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for this little slice of paradise!

Chirag was so kind and responsive! His place is gorgeous. The pool felt amazing after a long day at the beach or a hike. The place looked just as pictured. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful home and unparalleled views, especially for sunsets. Proximity to Redhook area, beaches and food was great; close but simultaneously tucked away. If you want to relax and recharge, this is your spot! Our host was accommodating and quick with responses to any questions as well. A little confusing navigating the last half mile to the house but after the 1st time, with directions from Carrie, no problem. Definitely 5 stars!

Villa Catalina was a beautiful home with a great south view of the Caribbean. Minutes from Cruz bay and restaurants/ groceries. We spent many evenings on the deck using the well provision kitchen to have dinner on the deck after a day at the beautiful Saint John beaches. We had four adults and two kids which the sleeping arrangements were perfect for. We hope to return to this home someday if we can fit Saint John into our schedule. We were also met at the ferry dock in Cruz bay by the hosts and escorted to the home with a quick tour which was a bonus.

This was our second stay at Mandavilla Rose. It was a great base for our long weekend in St. John. We loved coming back to the pool after a day at the beach and our Friends of the Park Power Swim. And perhaps our favorite time was sitting around the large dining table after dinner with wine, playing the conversation card game that we found on the shelf. We hope to return next year.

This place was even better than described. Anything you could think of or might need was available to use. Peaceful, private and clean. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! We would definitely book with this host in the future. Thank you 😊

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

Great and safe location! Right by all the action in Cruz Bay

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

We had such a great time staying at the villa. The home was set up perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and the views were unbeatable. John and the property managers were very helpful with any questions we had. They even met us at the ferry dock to make sure we made it to the villa ok. Next time we come to St.John we will plan on staying again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay at this house was beyond expectations. The secluded location, well-appointed amenities, and breathtaking views of the ocean and bay made it a perfect getaway. The private pool on the lower level of the quad-level deck was a fantastic feature that my girls absolutely loved. We enjoyed grilling out one night and cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day. Driving in St. John takes a minute to get used to, but having Emily as our guide for where to go and when to hit the beaches was incredibly helpful for planning. The house provided beach chairs and pool floats, so we really didn't need anything other than renting snorkeling gear. Overall, it was an amazing experience with everything thoughtfully provided. Highly recommend!!!
