Stayed at their beautiful place with the coziest home pretty close to Nainital Mall Road. Amazing Hosts, Extremely Courteous, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have made sure they provided us with not just the amenities but also with proper guidance and feedbacks about the City as a whole. Our experience was absolutely memorable at this amazing find that we stumbled upon. The roads were perfectly fine to reach the stay. And once you enter the stay, you wouldn't want to get out. All the interiors are so aesthetically decorated. The view is so peaceful from the balcony. The entire place was so clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host Diwanshi had placed a little booklet which had a menu and all the nearby attractions you can visit. Coming to the caretaker Sovan bhaiya, he was so helpful and very attentive. The food he prepared was completely fresh and so yum. He took care of anything and everything there. He even helped us reach our ride when it was raining heavily. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and I plan to visit it again when they have their penthouse complete. A must visit if you are looking to skip the noise of the touristy places and just have a peaceful time with your family and friends!

It’s a very beautiful and charming place situated in centre of devbhumi. Location was perfect where so many big restaurants and attractions are available in walking distance. There was a big space to park our car. Sitting in balcony we felt like paradise which is unforgettable for us. Actual hills valley view is highly enjoyed from the balcony. This location is apt for those who actually want to enjoy their every pal. It was worth of money we paid in this summer season. In future we will definitely stay here for a long time to enjoy this charming place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a relaxing, peaceful nd convenient stay. In economical pricing this is very suitable and lovely property surrounded by hills and valley. The host mr Tripathi is very cooperative who guided us for proper visits to all places and temples in Devbhumi. We fully enjoyed well decorated room with all facilities along with fastest speed wi-fi and dish TV. This was a neat and cleaned place

It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

It felt like a home. The property is well-maintained and accurately described by host. The host is proactive, clear in communication and helpful in solving problems. We faced vehicle breakdown on our roadtrip to Bhimtal. The host gave us very useful information about reaching the property. Deepa Ji is also a very good cook. She cooked delicious food according to our specific needs. It felt like being a home. I strongly recommend this place if you are visiting Bhimtal and want to enjoy peace.

The host was veryyy nice. She was always there whenever I required help. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was also beautiful. I have no complaints with the place or the host or the services. Only one recommentation to the guests, this place is 10kms away from Nainital so if you are planning to commute by bike and with females then I will advice you to book a place near to Nainital.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!

Our stay at Plumeria, Deodar Cottages in Sattal, booked through Airbnb, was perfect for our visit to Neem Karoli Dham. The cottage’s scenic surroundings and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal place for a family getaway. The property was exactly as shown, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals. Our host, Shomya, was wonderful, responsive, and even provided indoor games that our child loved, adding a thoughtful touch. Located conveniently, it took only 35 minutes to reach Neem Karoli Dham, 20 minutes to Bhimtal, and 45 minutes to Nainital. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a homely retreat amidst nature, close to major attractions. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to!

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.
