I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. It is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is occupied by parents, and the accommodation is operated as a single-family house on the second floor. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face. You can freely use the barbecue, yard, fountain, terrace, etc. Since my parents are living here, I can respond immediately to any inconvenience or request. Although it is a rural area, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached by car within 20 minutes.(Sokcho Beach 15 minutes, Mulchi Beach 6 minutes, Hanaro Mart 6 minutes, Sokcho E-Mart 15 minutes, Seoraksan Cable Car 15 minutes, Naksan Temple 10 minutes, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 KRW when using a barbecue or a pot lid.
