Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.

Tidy and cozy 45 square meter one-bedroom apartment in a quiet area, yet close to the center for a short or longer stay. The apartment has a large glazed balcony and sauna. There is a canopy area with a heat outlet for the car. There's a good jogging terrace nearby. Less than three kilometers from the area are the center of Oulu and Oulu University Hospital. A bus stop near the house. The nearest store and pizzeria is less than a half mile away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
