Architects Beach House Nambucca

Ruth's place was absolutely fabulous. It was very well stocked with all the bits and pieces you need when travelling, even WiFi, which was very appreciated. It was really quiet, lots of birds to watch on the deck and so really relaxing. Thank you Ruth!

Lovely house with stunning scenery and views, with great kitchen and living room equipment. Comfy beds also! Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, however. Overall, was an extremely comfortable stay for 5 people- thank you

Coastal paradise for kids, dogs and grownups

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay, the house was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed upstairs and our 2 kids had a room each downstairs. Our dog also loved the holiday, with plenty of safe space in the backyard to roam. It was the first time we've brought our dog with us on holidays and the house was perfect for him. Added bonus - the house didnt smell doggy and everything was clean! The house is well equipped and has everything you need. The beds are comfy. The upstairs deck is a beautiful spot to relax, and we enjoyed spotting the blue faced honeyeater in the backyard banana tree. The table tennis and board games were a hit with our kids! There are 2 cute eateries in walking distance down the road- it is a steep hill but we are used to living on a hill! Thanks Yvette!

Misty River Lodge - Spacious Riverside Retreat

RebeccaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.
