The cottage has shared access to the apple orchard, swimming lake and woodland - part of the Trenoweth estate but also has its very own private and enclosed terrace.

The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

We are in a central location with easy access to both the north and South coast but you will need a car as we are in a rural location. We are 15mins away from St Ives, Penzance & Helston, 10 mins from St Michaels Mount & Pra Sands. We are ideally located for countryside walks.
