We had an amazing time there. It was totally worth it. The swimming pool and the barbecue area were the highlight. However, some stocking up at your end of barbeque essentials would be helpful. And coal would be great. The zoning of different areas was quite interesting and tastefully done. The staff was kind and helpful. And the kittens took everyone’s breath away.

The location was perfect, with easy access and gated parking. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect. This is a great place to unwind with your friends. There are 2 big bedrooms at ground floor facing the pool area & 3 rooms on top. The pool area is big along with sitouts where you can have your party along with barbecue. The caretaker was very helpful in arranging everythings that we asked for. Dinner & breakfast was arranged at a nominal cost but the food was great. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I definitely recommend this place for groups! 👍

If you're looking for someplace quiet while being a short distance from the main road, this is the place for you. The property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and is easily accessible. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well furnished. The host is responsive and he makes sure his guests have a good experience. You will have a pleasant stay here as long as you are mindful of the host's instructions.

We stayed at this place for about two months. Picked this location because of proximity to everything. Our experience was in line. It is 15 mins to Jaynagar, 5 mins away from JP Nagar Metro. Good restuarants such as Rameshwaram Cafe, Pakashala, Arogya Ahara are within 15 mins by auto. Uber was super easy. Apart from Latha's food, there are a few options for breakfast and lunch. We are vegeterians who prefer simple south Indian home cooked food. Shankara Brahmin's Taste is great for breakfast and some lunch rice items. We also catered lunch regularly from Madwa Brahmin Lunchbox provided awesome homecooked lunch. BEST PART IS THE AWESOME SERVICE BY GURU PRASAD (HOST). When we got there mid-April Bengaluru was very hot. After a few days I asked him where I could rent an air-cooler. He told me they had decided to have an A/C installed. They installed it right away. He was also very prompt in responding to anything/everything!

Outstanding place for golfing, family vacation, team offsite

The M villa stay was amazing for our family. We loved every moment of it. The design, the interiors, the feel, the vibe, the greenery…phew! Would like to specially mention Kumar, who was the care taker there. He is the best. Not just at his work but also as a human being. The first day, there were problems with electricity. Kept tripping. Hence no WiFi also. Lasted from afternoon till late evening. But Kumar was working on this relentlessly. These things happen. The place was much more than an airbnb. It will always be remembered as one of the best places we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful time at this property which has an endless view of fields and mountains around it. The house is very tastefully designed. Loved the interiors. There is a wonderful barbecue set up too. Very peaceful, and soothing.

Wonderful stay !!! Helpful staff !! Specially Pratap he was always present for any requirements!! Felt like home away from home !! Child friendly!! Pratap and his wife cooked some good homely food !! Highly recommended
