We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. The entire unit was completely renovated in Jan 2023, this is a great quiet space to stay for graduations on base, business travelers, etc. with just minutes to walk to the Potomac river waterfront one street over from restaurants in the Town of Quantico. Virginia highway to town goes through military base you need “REAL ID” equivalent and need to get a visitor pass for entry.

Owners live in main house within same property. No extra guests, no parties, no illegal activities.
