You can rent the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku-shi, which is located next to Kochi-shi. It is a duplex, and you can go directly to the second floor through a private door. It is a spacious 2LDK, 25 tsubo (80 square meters) room with carefully designed interior and lighting. There is a distance from the neighboring houses, and the view of the rice fields spreads out from the window, so you can spend a quiet and relaxing time. A Healing ceramic water purifier is installed at the water source. All the water that comes out of the faucet (including the bath) is delicious water that has passed through the water purifier and can be drunk as it is. 15 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is a very convenient location, 12 minutes from the expressway entrance, Nankoku IC, and 5 minutes from Nankoku Minami IC. It's not far, about 15 minutes, to downtown Kochi. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city.
