A hot tub, electric motor boat, firewood! In winter, the entrance is not cleared of snow, a 100-meter snowshoe walk is necessary and but the hot tub is always available even in winter. A beautiful place!

Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. The Terraces #5 Private Lakefront Cabin

Cabin #5 is available spring to fall. It is cozy getaway located on Rangeley Lake. Guests have access to the lake via 100 meter walk down to the dock. You will be a less than a 5 minute drive to a bustling main street with great local shops and eateries. The cabin is accessible by 2 sets of stairs or a path from the parking lot. The cabin is quaint and we provide the necessities. That being said, there is not a microwave or electric coffee maker.

Cozy chalet close to diverse services and leisure activities with hot tub. Access to a public beach +/- 5 minutes by car. Boat descent 30 seconds away. Municipal park 30 seconds from the chalet with ice rink, basketball court, tennis/pickleball. Several hiking trails nearby, both winter and summer. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.
