We have spent two years in an old private house on a hill overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, we have renovated it with our own hands and operate it with a couple. This is an entire house that retains the warmth of old-fashioned wood, and is arranged in a space where you can relax. There are private houses around, but there are no people living there, and it is a very quiet and calm environment Yes. The facilities are simple, and there is no service like a hotel or inn, but it is popular for those who want to relax in nature. We have a fruit shop as our main business, so we provide fresh welcome fruits that we pride ourselves on during your stay. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is recommended for groups and families. Enjoy a relaxing stay in nature, feeling the breeze on the edge, or staring at the stars at night. About 18 minutes on foot from Uno station, about 3 minutes by taxi.Ideal for Naoshima and Setouchi art travel.There is a contracted parking lot for one car 2 minutes on foot from the base of the mountain. Our inn is only on foot from the base of the mountain, and is located on a high ground about 60 meters up. It is a short climb, but when you arrive, you will have a refreshing accomplishment and a quiet time surrounded by nature.

Cottage near "Yellow Pumpkin" in Seto Inland Sea National Park - Kai (Ocean Side) - Rental Cottage

This is a private cottage on the beach of Naoshima, a sacred place for art.There are two buildings, one on the sea side and one on the mountain side, and Kai is the sea side building.You can use the free parking space on the premises, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a separate two-story building, with 6 beds in the ground floor bedroom and up to 2 futons in the Japanese-style room on the second floor, so you can stay between 6 and 8 people. There is a family-type kitchen and washing machine, so it can be used for family and friend trips, as well as for student training camps and seminar trips. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to Yellow Pumpkin, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing while staying in Naoshima. Enjoy a relaxing time on Naoshima in a room with plenty of wood, handled by a local carpenter. Mukojima gathering place is located 100m from Naoshima on Mukojima with a population of about 10 people.This is a private accommodation for one group per day for up to 3 people, and includes meals (2 meals in the evening). The owner himself cook and serve it. It is a meal centered around fish and vegetables according to the season.We can accommodate allergies, but we cannot accommodate excessive dietary restrictions such as gluten free. Meals are also included in the price. There is a separate drink fee. You can also enjoy domestic and international natural wines and craft gins with meals. Please use a sea taxi for transportation. There are also sea taxis in Mukojima, so please message us. In principle, we do not allow re-transfers of people who have visited the island once. It is an island with no vending machines, so it is an inn for those who want to spend a relaxing time. Feel free to enjoy the books, records, etc. in the building. Additional fees such as drinks at dinner will be paid in cash. It is an old building.The neighborhood is surrounded by trees and sometimes there are insects.People, nature and insects coexist in their lives. Please only stay if you have an understanding. Sakura-sou/Naoshima Guest House Sakura-so, a 50-year-old house, whole house rental, 2-6 guests

I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes. In the dining room with an island kitchen, you can enjoy music with high-quality speakers. Enjoy the scent and feel of the rare pine flooring. For the bedroom area, we have thick futons instead of beds, also with small children in mind. In addition, the futon area is slightly elevated with tatami mats. We kept the essence of it and added our twist and the elements that we love from Naoshima and tried to make a very special experience for our guests. Haus2354: 5 minutes walk to Ieura Port

Haus2354 is within 5 minutes walking distance from Ieura Port, the main gateway of the island. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.

[Teshima] YUI: Traditional Japanese Folk House

“YUI” at Teshima in Seto Inland Sea offers accommodation in a renovated old Japanese folk house, completed with a veranda and a garden, located in Ieura. Exclusively for rent of the entire house. It's located 10-min-walk away from the port and tucked away on side street. *Simple breakfast with some bread & coffee/tea are included. We can arrange a restaurant booking for dinner as needed basis. *Staff will meet up to check-in and pick-up service is available.
