I had a wonderful weekend at Andrew’s place in East Hampton. It was gorgeous, perfect location, perfect layout, and such a central location to everything. It was incredibly clean and organized and the backyard was beautiful for relaxing. Andrew was also a terrific host- he left us beverages, was super communicative and flexible and I’m so happy I stayed here. Hopefully I’ll rent again soon!!

The cozy bedrooms and comfortable beds ensured quality rest, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Minor issues were quickly resolved, showing Andrew’s dedication to providing top-notch guest experience. Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming old house. It’s full of character, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the private yard — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing under the stars in the evening. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always quick to respond and full of thoughtful local recommendations. Thanks to them, we discovered a few amazing winery with surprisingly good wine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This was a peaceful and authentic experience — perfect for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the local charm. Highly recommended!

Amy was fantastic from start to finish. The house has four good bedrooms. The bottom floor is very private. Great kitchen and we loved the fact there were cooking basics like olive oil, spices, etc all there.

Super cute, twenty mins from South Hampton which is great considering the price

James is an exceptional host. He was in constant communication with us- before, during and at the end of our stay. He even offered to come over to show us how to best use the place and to build a beach fire. The beach house itself is very well appointed and maintained, and James helpfully labeled everything- switches, drawers, etc. We especially loved hearing the sound of the waves from the comfortable recliners. All in all , a great place to stay. We hope to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. I had reached out to Lisa numerous different times and she was very understanding and quickly responsive. The home itself was clean, walking distance from the beach, and I loved it was nice and cool inside from the AC.

Jeanne's place was perfect for my trip to Guilford. Excellent location, close to the Green and to the water, quiet, peaceful. The house had everything I needed and more, Jeanne was super responsive and kind, and the bed was comfortable.

Our stay was enjoyable. Erin’s cottage, both inside and out, was clean and well maintained. The kitchen has a professional stove. I was able to bake a chocolate cornbread and pan fry fresh scallops from Southold Fish Market. The hammock was an unexpected pleasure. I haven’t been in one for many years. Hope to return next year.

Can’t say enough about Michael and our stay. He made everything seem-less and was super helpful with recommendations and accommodations. We can’t wait to come back next year or this summer! Hopefully many years to come! 5 stars!

Quiet, peaceful. Pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect place for 2 couples or 2 couples and kids. Set up was great.

We had a lovely time in Margaret’s cottage. It had everything we needed and we felt surrounded by nature. Our kids loved watching the squirrels, wild turkeys and other birds that were constantly going back and forth in front of our windows.

Peter's beach house was the perfect extended weekend getaway with our family. It was the first time we took a family vacation with our small children and teenager. The little kids loved the top bunk in their room and my teenager loved having a room to herself. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, the kids loved the sunroom and the living room was great with the tv for nighttime relaxing. The walk to the beach was the perfect length and the beach was clean and open. We loved every moment at the beach house and are hoping to return next year.

Simply wonderful spot! We will try to come back! The personal touches were great. Shampoo and conditioner! Make up wipes! Plenty of toilet paper and so on. Traveling guests really appreciate those small things. Thank you!

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

Super peaceful and quiet location. Home is adorable and gets lots of natural light. Proximity to the beach is amazing! Would recommend having a car though as it’s little bit away from town & Main Street. But plenty of Ubers in the area! Overall, I was really satisfied with everything and it fit my needs.

Wonderful bay side cottage! Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and in laws. It’s a great location!! Water views, walkable cute neighborhood, and 20 mins from some of the bigger towns (Jamesport & Greenport) Place was clean and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to stay in and grill out.
