Close to a cafe, dairy, fish n chip shop, & pharmacy. It’s a 7 minute drive to town. It’s a few minutes drive from the airport (or approx 25 min). Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
