Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with Spectacular countryside views. The Village of Napton has so much to offer for all of the family. Including a Cidery, Cafe's, the Local Shop selling baked bread and local produce, a Canal side Pub, what more could you ask for! As well as biking and walking routes which lead to surrounding villages too with great Pubs along the way. We even have 3 fishing lakes at Dog Lane Fishery, with it's very own Cafe just down the road!

The Grade 2 Listed property is within easy driving distance to Stratford, the Cotswolds, Coventry Cathedral, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Leamington Spa and National Trust properties. In a rural setting next to the Oxford Canal. A great base for chilling, walking and cycling. Ideal for couples, business travellers. Well behaved dogs welcome. The Folly Pub, a "real" traditional pub is just 100 metres away. The village shop (20 minutes walk away) does great coffee, cakes and snacks.
