NISHIMURATEI Hanare – A 110-Year-Old Traditional Kominka House for Rent with Kitchen & Dining Area

Hi there,Welcome to the Nishimura Residence.This is Yuta Sugimoto, your host. The Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya (townhouse) that is over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated “Grandma's House,” where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an inn.Since the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it may cause some inconvenience, and it is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Nara-cho to immerse oneself in the “comfortable rustic atmosphere” that permeates the town.We provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast in the hope that this environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the station, will help you with “introspection and recovery.”(You can purchase almost all of the books in the room.) 　Please spend this evening listening to your own heart's voice, surrounded by the tranquility of the Nishimura residence and Nara-cho.

Makomo House is located in a mountain village at an altitude of 500 m on the Oku-Mikawa Plateau in Nara The 100-year-old house is a private rental. Makomo-no-ta, which is said to be "the grass where God dwells", spreads around the inn, and you can relax in your room and feel the "Makomo breeze".
